There is nothing to point out regarding attention and hospitality. Instead of telling us “be here at this time”, they said they were coming to get us. The transfer vehicles were clean and comfortable.

In winter it is completely different, the landscapes look different. This was our third time and each one has its own charm.

Experience of a lifetime! The service in general was super good, they pick you up punctually at the hotel at the pre-arranged time via email. There is a breakfast before boarding. You arrive at the moment when the balloons are “inflating”, which is a show in itself. The entire tour was extremely peaceful, the guide gives you a lot of confidence and tells you interesting facts about the places.
