Good for the price, although in winter it is quite cold. I wish they had told us to bring warm clothes; I was a little cold, but it was worth it.

Experience of a lifetime! The service in general was super good, they pick you up punctually at the hotel at the pre-arranged time via email. There is a breakfast before boarding. You arrive at the moment when the balloons are “inflating”, which is a show in itself.
